Help and support for the app for iPhone and Android
WŬMÙ Connect is the mobile app for the messenger, calendar and contacts of your WŬMÙ account. Everything stays in sync with the website.
Contact support
Write to us — we reply within one business day. Tell us which phone you use and what went wrong.
Signing in
- Open the app and choose where your account is: WŬMÙ (wumu.ai) or WŬMÙ Russia (wumu.ru).
- Tap Sign in. Our website's sign-in page opens in your phone's browser: enter your email and password there. The app never sees your password.
- Allow the app to access your chats, calendar and contacts. You're back in the app, signed in.
No account yet? Sign up on the website first, then sign in to the app.
Reporting and blocking
To report a message, long-press it and choose Report. To report a person, use the flag in your chat with them or on their contact card. Our moderators review every report within 24 hours.
You can block anyone from the same places. A blocked person can no longer message you or send you contact requests.
Deleting your account
- In the app: tap your avatar at the top of the chats screen, open Profile and choose Delete account.
On the website: sign in and open the account deletion page.

Your account and its data are deleted 30 days after the request. Signing in during those 30 days cancels the deletion. Data that the law requires us to keep is stored only for the period the law sets.
